Insight Global is hiring a Technical Support Analyst/Help Desk
Technician for a leader in the barcode industry.
What You Will Do:
Utilize your knowledge base to set up user licenses and accounts in
Office 365 and Azure Cloud.
Manage workflow coming into the IT Support team via Freshservice,
ensuring efficient task completion.
Apply critical thinking to optimize support functions that impact
GS1 US annual operating goals directly.
Assist in onboarding new employees and consultants, providing
necessary access and hardware for their day-to-day jobs.

Skills and Requirements
Requirements:
Proficiency with Office 365/Microsoft suite.
Certifications preferred: A+, Network+, Security+.
AA degree or higher. Who You Are:
You prioritize customer service, excellent communication, and
building relationships within your team and the organization.
You have hands-on experience in a technical or end user support
role.
Proficient in cloud-based end user support functions, including
Office 365 and Azure Cloud Services, with experience setting up new
users in a hybrid work environment.
Previous experience documenting SOPs for systems and support.
A problem solver who enjoys finding the root cause of issues.
