ADP is hiring a GlobalView Workforce Management Project Manager. -In this position, you will as a member of ADP's GlobalView Implementation team, Regional Project Management staff are responsible for planning, monitoring and managing the delivery of projects to meet agreed deliverables, scheduled timeframes and allocated budgets. If success motivates you, you belong at ADP.We strive for every interaction to be driven by our -CORE -values: -Insightful Expertise, Integrity is Everything, Service Excellence, Inspiring Innovation, Each Person Counts, Results-Driven, & Social Responsibility.RESPONSIBILITIES:Ongoing responsibility, contribution to, and compliance with the ADP GlobalView Project Management Methodology in liaison Line Manager and Methodology Manager.Contribute to ongoing improvement cycle of implementation process and ensuring it is aligned with global best practices and utilizes clear standards and templates.Ensures the successful implementation of projects leading a team of implementation associates providing leadership and serving as primary, project level liaison for clients.Identify the most effective allocation of resources and tools required for project in compliance with project requirement.Manages the day-to-day operations of the project to ensure successful delivery of project scope, timelines and budget.Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.Must be willing to travel 25-50% (international & domestic)Project Scheduling and Cost Control:Oversees the project preparation and planning functions by:Developing project direction and conversion strategiesEstablishing project plan, communication expectations and assigning/scheduling project tasks to team in accordance with established contractEnsure forecast for staffing hours is created and maintained with high level of accuracyPlanning and resource schedulingIssue, Risk & Change Management:Manage project's scope, estimate of hours and asses impacts to requested changesServes as project escalation point for issues impacting project success that requires resolutionLeads inter-departmental coordination efforts required for specific project tasks.Coordinates the transition of new clients from Sales to Implementation to Client ServicesEnsure definition and compliance to issue managementMonitor issues on a weekly basis -Monitor escalation of problems -Ensure risk management via mitigation strategiesEnsure proper tracking of Change requests with appropriate signoffsEffectively communicates relevant project status updates to stakeholders (Internal and External).Facilitates communication with client stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with a focus on enhanced client relationships and satisfaction.Ensuring project documentation is stored in accordance with ADP Quality Audit requirements utilizing Collaboration tool and ensuring project team is adhering to these requirements.Tracks team hours and approves accordingly through use of PlanView project tool to ensure utilization is appropriate to project needs.Project Leadership:Ensure a qualitative management of client relationshipProvide recommendation to the client to reduce gaps and ensure standard product useManage client's expectations during projectDeliver proposals on client's procedures in order to optimize proposed solutionEnsure high level of client satisfactionPerforms other related duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:3 to 5 years of Human Capital Management Project or Program Management Experience3 to 5 years Workforce Management, Time and Attendance experienceHighly effective written and verbal communicationMust be able to effectively use Microsoft ProjectIn the state of Colorado, we are offering the following benefits (subject to change):Salaried and hourly workers who work on average 32 or more standard hours per week: -Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days - & Vacation, Student loan Repayment Program and Paid Volunteer Time OffWe believe in good faith that compensation for a successful candidate based in Colorado would be between the range listed below. -PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: -Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:Project Management/ PM administrative experience in IT and/or Payroll/HR IndustryPMP certification highly desiredPrior experience with ADP Payroll products (Enterprise and/or eTime)Previous Kronos / Enterprise eTime experience highly desirableAbility to prioritize tasks and time management skillsAbility to inspire and lead others beyond their own expectationsClient focused and committed to providing World Class ServiceStrong relationship management and communication skillsOutgoing personality, with the ability to collaborate in a fun, yet professional, environmentSpanish or Portuguese is a plus.Explore our COVID-19 page to understand how ADP is approaching safety, travel, the hiring interview process, and more.Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Equal Employment Opportunity at ADP: ADP affirms that inequality is detrimental to our associates, our clients, and the communities we serve.
