On November 12, 2021, Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate
our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded
company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be
completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal
requirements including consultation with employee representative
bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals.
It is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction,
you will be an employee of an entity within the newly created
Consumer Health company and your employment will be governed by
that company's employment processes, programs, policies, and
benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would
be provided to you at an appropriate time and subject to any
necessary consultation processes.
**PROGRAM OVERVIEW**
The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is an exciting
two and a half year career acceleration program crafted for college
graduates with a real passion for a future in finance. We are
committed to providing you with rich, meaningful experiences to
learn and grow while helping you build the skillsets needed to
become a future-ready organization. Our program intends to provide
opportunities in roles such Business Unit Finance, Financial
Planning & Analysis, Tax, Supply Chain Finance, Global Audit &
Assurance, Financial Solutions & Technology, Treasury and more!
While in the program, you will aspire to be an empowered and
skilled finance leader that can accelerate business value through
data driven insights and financial expertise. Each employee should
desire to challenge the status quo and possess a dedication to
consistently exceed, to think creatively and implement innovative
solutions that positively impact patients, employees, communities
and shareholders. Lastly, you should exhibit a combination of
innate characteristics and learned skills that will be the driver
in being a successful finance leader in a global consumer products
organization.
**PROGRAM COMPONENTS**
This program consists of two rotational assignments within all
finance functions within the US. You will be provided a
comprehensive training curriculum which can include on the job,
virtual, and in classroom training.Training topics focus on both
job-specific and professional development areas. You will also have
access to mentors and coaching to provide support throughout the
program. During your rotations, you will have opportunities to
participate in and/or lead projects which address real business and
customer needs. Lastly you will improve your technical, business
and professional skills while working in highly decentralized
operating companies or headquarters organizations.
The FLDP & Finance community encourage participants to pursue
certification in management accounting (CMA) and /or public
accounting (CPA).
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is required at time of
interview and hire
- A Bachelor's or Five-Year Master's degree in Accounting, Finance,
Economics, Data Analytics or related business degree attained
between September 2022 - August 2023 is required
- Ability to relocate geographically within the United States for
rotational assignment
- Authorized to work permanently in the United States without
requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Experience in finance or related internship or co-op is
preferred
- Proven leadership skills, business insight, and technical
skills
- Highly effective communicator with extraordinary oral, written,
and presentation skills
- Advanced analytics and analytical skills
- Willingness and ability to learn in a dynamic environment
- A passion for innovation and teamwork
