As a Senior Knowledge Leader you will drive cross-functional
collaboration with internal stakeholders to proactively improve
processes and standard content, complete methodology updates, and
account for resulting client impacts. You will design process
improvement strategies impacting multiple solutions, projects, and
organizations. In this role you will develop workflow methodology
strategy and recommendations across multiple solutions.
The Senior Knowledge Leader will also provide instruction on
utilization and application of methodology and tools. Finally, the
Senior Knowledge Leader will advise on complex workflow and
integration points and coach and mentor other knowledge
leaders.
As a member of the Cerner Consulting organization, you will ensure
a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely
manner, at budget, and to our client's satisfaction. This involves
working closely with the client to understand and manage their
expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and
third-party vendors to ensure delivery.
Provides domain, implementation approach, and workflow design
expertise
Author and develops associate-facing content leveraging technical
and methodology documentation
Educates associates to appropriately leverage methodology and
standard recommendations
Consults with cross-functional internal stakeholders to identify
priorities for standard content enhancements, process improvements,
methodology updates, and resulting client impacts
Manages issues logged via problem management process
Executes process improvement strategies
Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card
applicable for your position.
Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position
requires you to be a U.S. citizen.

You have a deep understanding of Cerner Solutions
You have successfully worked as a consultant providing domain,
implementation, and workflow design using Cerner
You are considered Knowledge Leader/Subject Matter Expert
You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to determine process,
methodology and driving continuous process improvement
You are committed to continuous learning
Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
About your background and qualifications
You have at least 5 years of experience providing solutions and
workflow design
You have experience leading engagement delivery services
You have experience with Cerner's Consulting Framework
You have Cerner applications and Content development experience
You have one or more of the following solution experiences:
Registration and Scheduling Management
You have Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) Consulting
experience
You have a background offering HCIT support, been in a
client-facing role, or offered HCIT solutions
You exhibit exceptional written, verbal, and presentation
skills
You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work
experience

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific
to the stated location(s)
California Pay Range: from $87,300 to $170,000 per annum. May be
eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $82,500 to $153,000 per annum. May be
eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $82,500 to $161,500 per annum. May be
eligible for bonus and equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $92,200 to $161,500 per annum. May be
eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to
account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market
conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products,
industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the
preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
