An Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the financial processing of transactions for an organization. Their duties include daily bookkeeping and record keeping, financial reporting and the preparation of tax records for financial audits. If you have at least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience and you are interested in the position please schedule an interview ASAP!

Responsibilities
Timely and accurate processing of invoices received from vendors and employees.
Timely verification of all invoice data on invoices processed in Data Capture.
Manage the AP email to ensure all invoices are uploaded to Data Capture.
Assist AP with reconciling vendor statements.
Assist AP with researching inquiries from internal customers and communicate findings in a timely manner.
