Assistant Controller, CLIO Snacks


The Opportunity:


Reporting to the Sr Director of Finance, the Assistant Controller will be responsible for maintaining full ownership of the company financials while supporting the company?s strategic plans.

What You?ll Do:


Responsible for the month-end close and reporting process.

Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.

Monitor the financial performance of the company.

Work closely with Supply Chain Operations on inventory set-up, inventory costing, and inventory movements.

Monitor and manage daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions

Ensure all G/L Transactions are accurate and detailed to facilitate reporting.

Implement appropriate Accounting processes and internal controls as needed.

Process ACH and Wire Payments.

Manage payroll tax set up and upkeep with all states

Ensure financial plans are consistent with organizational goals.

Liaise with Sr Director of Finance on ad hoc strategic projects.

Assist with Financial Audits
