**Job Description**
The Enterprise Cash Planning Manager reports to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Cash Management. This position is responsible for providing treasury and banking guidance to affiliates, BD and M&A and Tax related to business structures, Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring including capital structure optimization and risk management. The manager, Enterprise Cash Management is responsible for sourcing macro-economic data and analysis to the organization and addressing key areas of sovereign risk for enterprise by working with several stakeholders to influence business decisions which maximize value creation and mitigate financial risk.
This position oversees all aspects of Capital structure management, being responsible for monitoring debt level and repayment capacity and partners with affiliates to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and solutions.
The manager works closely with business partners throughout all regions to develop an international Dividend repatriation schedule; maps excess cash across the world, assesses cash mobility and influences together with regional treasury centers affiliates to increase repatriation, managing risk.
The position includes the following key responsibilities:
+ Sourcing macro-economic data and analysis
+ Recommend strategies for managing investments including changes in investments policy to address changes in international market conditions
+ Monitor debt/cash levels and repayment capacity in cooperation with Regional Treasury centers and affiliates to ensure sufficient funding to support growth objectives
+ Implement worldwide treasury policies and procedures to maintain highest integrity of treasury operation and ensure treasury compliance
+ Work closely with the Management to develop the cash repatriation strategy from Outside of the U.S (OUS) to the U.S. and oversee the dividend forecasting process with Tax and other regions
**Qualifications**
**Position Requirements:**
+ Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
+ Fluent in English
+ Minimum of 5-7 years of experience
+ Strong financial acumen
+ Strong people management skills
+ Ability to adapt and lead in a changing environment
+ Analytical and problem-solving skills (must be able to reason through complex and various business and legal scenarios and structures and provide meaningful feedback for decision making)
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (including ability to interact with all levels of management within and outside of finance)
+ Proven experience in leading small projects or components of large, complex projects
+ Ability to demonstrate experience in overseeing the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance
**Preferred Requirements/Competencies:**
+ Knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, accounting, finance, and tax
+ Experience working with global financial operations
+ Certified Treasury Professional
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $97,000 to $166,750.
