Description:Provide financial report preparation and bank reconciliations for all communities on an accrual basis.Position ResponsibilitiesGenerate financial reports monthly, working closely with association boards and manager to ensure financial accuracy of reports.Reconcile all bank and other accountsManage all communities banking needs.Responsible for year-end closings, closing entries, and account evaluation.Review and enter all budgetsSet up system records for any new community including accounting policies, charts of accounts, transaction codes, and financial formats.Performs other duties as assignedRequirements:Essential Skills & Education/Experience RequirementsKnowledge of A/P, G/L and A/R operationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or 3-5 years' experience requiredGeneral understanding of financial statementsDetail oriented and organized individualWorking knowledge of Microsoft applicationsExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenPhysical Demands/Work EnvironmentThe physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
