• Communicating with consumers to help them arrange payment and get back on track with their finances
• Working with hospital and physician accounts which includes- self-pay, Workers Comp, PIP & insurance accounts, among others
• Building rapport and maintaining positive consumer relations by engaging and offering solutions
• Enhancing the customer experience through modern and industry-leading technology
• Maintenance and follow-up of assigned accounts in route What we are looking for in an ideal candidate:

  • A year or more of collections or healthcare industry experience is a plus
