Ebersole Builders LLC is seeking a values-aligned Controller to both perform and provide oversight to core financial and accounting processes, and work collaboratively with company leaders to advance the continued growth and success of the organization. The Controller will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of company financials and providing financial analysis and insights to drive operational efficiencies. The ability to provide accurate reporting and analysis to allow for timely decision-making is a critical component of the position. The ability to utilize financial information for budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring the financial health of the organization is essential to the role. A successful Controller will build relationships externally and internally across departments, supporting and serving others, while furthering our team environment.
Controller position qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience required; CPA, a plus
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in an accounting / finance role
Successful track record of providing leadership
Demonstrated proficiency with technology, specifically QuickBooks and Excel, required; Aptitude for utilizing and employing technology for efficiency, essential; Experience with Project Management software, a plus
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
