Job Details Responsibilities: Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements to provide clear and precise information about the company's financial status. Completing monthly close procedures, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date. Overseeing monthly reporting activities and ensuring timely delivery of reports to relevant stakeholders. Managing and forecasting cash flow to ensure the company's financial stability and growth. Preparing and analyzing financial statements, providing insights to drive strategic decision-making. Maintaining the company's ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and promptly. Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial operations and improve financial performance. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Providing financial advice to the management team, supporting them in making key business decisions. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. An advanced degree or professional certification such as a CPA would be an added advantage. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably within the engineering industry. Proficiency in financial software and databases. Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy.
