Key Responsibilities • Oversee all tax compliance, ensuring accurate and timely schedules • Lead financial reporting and provision processes, including tax account reconciliations and effective tax rate analysis. • Develop and execute tax strategies that minimize liabilities and align with evolving federal and state tax laws. • Provide technical guidance to teams and senior leadership regarding tax impacts on business decisions. • Manage and mentor the corporate tax team to foster collaboration and maximize efficiency. What Makes You a Great Fit • 10-15 years of experience in corporate tax planning, compliance, and accounting, extensive public experience, manufacturing background a plus. • CPA preferred but not mandatory. • Proficiency in financial reporting and tax provision processes. • A detail-oriented, creative, and personable professional who thrives in a collaborative environment.
