Job Description:
About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic
Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This role is
crucial in driving financial performance through comprehensive
analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support key business
decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills,
experience working cross-functionally, and the ability to translate
complex data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Lead
the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and
forecasting processes. Develop detailed financial models to support
budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning. Analyze
business trends, variances, and key performance indicators to
identify risks and opportunities. Partner with business leaders to
provide financial insights that support decision-making and drive
growth. Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for
senior management and stakeholders. Assist in the development and
implementation of financial planning tools and systems. Support ad
hoc financial analysis projects as needed. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related
field; 5 years of progressive FP&A experience Advanced
proficiency in Excel and financial modeling Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent
communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex
information clearly.
