and onco-dermatology. Job Summary: Sun is seeking a Sr. Manager,
Financewithin its Finance group. This position is hybrid and
located in Princeton, NJ. The Sr. Manager Finance will report into
the Head of Brand Finance and will be a Finance lead and process
owner. This requires the ability to independently handle entire
Expenses side of Brand Division – Budgeting, Actual Expense
Analysis, Accounting, Expense control, Reporting and Review with
Sr.Mgt Responsibilities: Analysis & Reporting Should be able put
together and analyze various expense categories and impact to
financials, P&L… Prepare monthly reporting comparing budget to
Actuals and review the same with Business unit heads, High-level
Expense reporting for the Quarterly business review meetings
Business partner with BU: Work closely with various Business units
teams on a day to day basis and provide them with necessary
financial reports, answering their query, assist them in the
creating of expense request Support New product launches,
acquisitions…. Team player in BD deals Lead Role in Expense
Budgeting process Play a lead role in Expense budgeting exercise,
work closely with BU’s in the entire process,( Headcount, Expenses,
R&D),circulate timelines, improve budget templates, complete
Budgeting, review with Sr.mgt and submit to Corporate, update
budget in to SAP, Anaplan… Assist Head of Brand Finance in
preparation of BU P&L, Product P&L etc Preparation of Adhoc
budgets, Expense Control and approval process Establish
control/Review before the expense is committed, Compare to budget,
Question BU on the need for spend, Approve the expense in the
workflow, Reduce bottleneck in approval process… Maintain the
workflow approval system Accounting /Month end /Audit: To account
for various Month end /year end Accruals in SAP. Work closely with
general accounting team for timely Financial closure Should be able
to work with Auditors on financials and providing them with
necessary details Support R&D functions, Global functions which
are situated in US Work is approx. - 70% Financial Analysis &
reporting and 30% of Accounting To update and reconcile the Anaplan
tool (Management reporting tool). Work with Corporate/Global
Finance teams. Education and Qualifications: CPA/MBA required 8-10
years of hands on experience in Financial Analysis and Reporting
Work experience in Pharma industry preferred. Very good
communication skills Hands on Working Knowledge of SAP, good Excel
skills, The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for
this position is $112,000 to $137,000. Actual base compensation may
vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to
geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is
part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan. Employees are eligible
