Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Able to speak and
write in Korean.
Must have previous Customer Service experience in a fast paced,
high volume Inbound Call Center environment.
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or other
customer data/case management software system desired.
Must demonstrate high quality customer service levels by achieving
individual performance metrics/goals.
Ability to multi-task and possess attention to detail by navigation
of multiple computer programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with special
emphasis on maintaining a positive customer service attitude.
Demonstrated proficiency in Windows based computer programs.
Thorough knowledge of business English and grammar
