"Great place to work, I really feel respected by my supervisors" Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant Directly support one c-level executive with areas below: Calendar management and scheduling, comfortable managing a fast-paced and quickly changing calendar Collaborate with others regarding scheduling and meeting arrangements Managing email inbox, ensuring high priority items aren't missed, drafting responses as needed Working closely with other departments for approvals and sign offs related to budgets Process expense reimbursements Experience Preferred 3 years of administrative support experience, comfortable working with C Level executives with strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong sense of organization INMAR2025
