Job Description:
This role is an onsite role in our Tarrytown, NY office and is
NOT eligible fully remote. The Development Program Management
Coordinator will support the Development Program Management (DPM)
team by taking ownership of scheduling and coordination
responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of cross-functional
development programs. This role is pivotal in managing meeting
logistics, distributing materials, and maintaining documentation to
help the team focus on strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is
highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a
collaborative environment. A typical day in this role looks like:
Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling and managing
meetings for Development Program Managers, including governance
meetings and cross-functional team discussions. Proactively manage
meetings and ensure scheduling conflicts are resolved promptly. Act
as a liaison to coordinate availability across cross-functional
teams and stakeholders. Distribute meeting agendas, ensure all
necessary materials are prepared and available, and manage related
documentation. Track and coordinate follow-up actions from meetings
to ensure timely completion. Maintain program contact and
distribution lists and ensure SharePoint sites and other relevant
systems are updated with current information. Assist the DPM team
with additional tasks as needed to streamline operations. Other
duties as assigned This role may be for you if you: Strong written
and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact
effectively across all levels of the organization. Exceptional
organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks,
multitask, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced
environment. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential
information with discretion. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools. Ability
to learn new technologies and systems quickly and effectively.
Additional Attributes: A quick learner who can adapt to change and
handle uncertainty with guidance. Self-motivated and capable of
performing tasks independently while keeping team members and
leadership informed of progress and obstacles. In order to be
considered qualified for this role, a minimum of a Bachelor's
Degree with 2 years of relevant experience or an Associates Degree
