Job Description Job Description We are looking for a dedicated
Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position offers an
excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to
contribute to critical projects in a fast-paced retail environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills,
proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to
take initiative in ensuring tasks are completed effectively.
Responsibilities: • Conduct audits to ensure employee compliance
with i9 documentation requirements. • Assist in coordinating
licensing processes for store operations, including systems to
process electronic benefits transfer (EBT) cards and chip cards. •
Manage and organize data entry tasks related to administrative
functions. • Handle inbound calls, providing accurate information
and assistance as needed. • Prepare presentations and reports using
Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. • Maintain effective follow-up
procedures to ensure project deadlines are met. • Collaborate with
team members and stores to address operational challenges. •
Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including receptionist
duties. • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures across
assigned projects. • 2-5 years of experience in administrative
roles; candidates with more than five years of experience will not
be considered. • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability
to take initiative and follow through on tasks independently. •
Bilingual skills are preferred but not mandatory. • Excellent
communication skills, both written and verbal. • Demonstrated
ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity
with compliance processes and auditing is a plus.
