Returning applicants, log in here Account Based Marketing Manager, Telco Posting Location : Location Remote US NJ Posting date 1 week ago (3/26/2021 12:25 PM) Job ID 85696 Category Corporate Marketing Job summary The Red Hat North America (NA) Field Marketing team is looking for a strategic and involved Account Based Marketing Manager for a large telecommunications and media company to join us. In this role, you will foster deeper partnerships with strategic customers that lead to a preference for Red Hat infrastructure, cloud, and automation solutions. As a member of the NA Account and Vertical Field Marketing team, you will plan and carry out targeted marketing activities at the customer account level, providing insights for decision-maker engagement while maximizing the efficiency of the sales and marketing process. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business. Primary job responsibilities
                  • Collaborate with the global and NA program teams to develop and gain consensus for cross-portfolio, go-to-market plans and marketing programs in alignment with strategic opportunities and sales goals--
                  • Manage and promote an editorial calendar of thought leadership content and new marketing campaigns that align to the customer journey, sales buying stages, and go-to-market plan
                  • Deploy ready-to-carry-out marketing programs on an account level using various channels including digital, events, and social media, along with webinars, workshops, roundtables, conferences, etc.
                  • Lead and collaborate with other industries on strategy, planning, and fulfillment of Red Hat's participation in annual conference--
                  • Plan and carry out comprehensive executive engagement as well as usage and adoption campaigns--
                  • Analyze metrics and reports to determine the effectiveness of program engagement, consumption, and the development of new campaigns across products, solutions, business segments, and geography
                  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
                  • Develop, maintain, and oversee a database of named contacts to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve account goals
                  • Work with sales to identify gaps in key personas and contact information; develop data and insight strategies to add key personas and contacts-- Required skills
                    • 10+ years of experience in the telco, media, and entertainment verticals and in building and carrying out account based marketing programs; knowledge of SiriusDecisions research
                    • Experience with Salesforce, Eloqua, Tableau, or other marketing and reporting tools
                    • Understanding of cloud and emerging technologies with the capability to skillfully integrate into programs that deliver on sales and solution objectives
                    • Writing and presentation skills to translate detailed content into impactful go-to-market materials including web, email, and social media content
                    • Experience planning, directing, and delivering digital marketing campaigns and social media strategies
                    • Demonstrated ability to achieve practical results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, business units, and synergy teams
                    • Goal-oriented, resourceful, collaborative, customer-focused, persistent, and active listener with excellent influencing skills
                    • Solid project management, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail
                    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
