This individual has great verbal and written communication skills and is hardworking and reliable, artistic, proficient in social media, interested in health & wellness, and most importantly, eager to learn and grow professionally.The Spa Receptionist/Marketing Assistant ensures customers have a great experience and the spa is running smoothly, and creates high-quality marketing materials and social media content.ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with scheduling appointments and checking out.Provide information to customers about the services we offer.Greet customers and address issues in a professional manner.Assist with managing the daily operations of the spa.Create high quality marketing materials and social media content.Assist with growing our social media followers.Build relationships with customers, local influencers and other businesses.QualificationsMUST BE tech savvy and have proficiency in Facebook, Instagram and Google Suite. Proficiency in YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok is a big plus.Must be resourceful.Must be skilled in at least one of the following: photography and photoshop editing, videography and video editing skills, or graphic design.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Has a great eye for graphic design and can create quality marketing materials using Canva or equivalent programs.Marketing and/or sales experience is a plus.Efficient, organized and able to prioritize and multitask.Stays calm under pressure.Energetic, enthusiastic and friendly.Open to taking courses and learning new things.Able to work from 9:30 to 6:30 on Sundays and 1 -2 days during the week.Must provide a cover letter to be considered for the position.
