Job Description:

Currie & Brown is looking for a marketing and bid coordinator to be based in our Princeton, NJ office, reporting to the Americas Marketing Manager. **Candidates located close to our offices in Minneapolis, MN, Portland, OR and Tacoma, WA will also be considered.

This is a wide-ranging role, responsible for effective and efficient operations across marketing and bids functions, and supporting the work-winning programme for the entire Americas region.

The role involves working closely with marketing and bid team members and colleagues in the wider business.

Responsibilities include:

Marketing
Working with colleagues across the full scope of marketing activities, including marketing collateral, communications and brand management.
Contributing to internal communications, including coordination of regional newsletters
Guidance and support to stakeholders on programme, production and issue of external marketing and communications collateral, including capability statements, meeting materials, webinar content, project profiles, social media content, external publications, thought leadership etc.
Supporting and endorsing processes to uphold established quality standards in proofreading, and rigorous brand management
Maintaining internal libraries of marketing materials including resumes, project descriptions and capability statements
Supporting special projects and miscellaneous marketing tasks as needed
Adhering to internal processes and procedures including document management and 'housekeeping'.

Bids
Assisting in coordination, production and submission of bids and associated materials
Working collaboratively with colleagues at all levels of the business to produce compelling and high quality bids in line with individual client specifications and deadlines
Adhering to established bid processes and protocols, including go/no go process, kick off workshops, planning, stakeholder and document management, messaging, formatting and production
Participating in meetings throughout the bid lifecycle
Assisting in developing written materials in line with established bespoke templates
Sourcing information, content and images from internal resources
Creating visual narratives (graphics) from bid content
Tailoring and formatting resumes and project descriptions
Coordination and creation of interview/presentation content and materials

Requirements and experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related field is required
A minimum of two years' relevant experience, ideally supporting marketing, business development or bids in construction or professional services industries. Graduate candidates will also be considered
Background knowledge and/or interest in the construction industry is preferred
Administrative, document management and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; familiarity with Adobe Suite is preferred.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written, spoken and listening skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a 'can-do' attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible
