Consultant, Digital Marketing, Business Analyst, Pharmaceutical
Summary Our client, a global pharmaceutical organization, has
engaged GForce Life Sciences to provide them with a Digital
Marketing Business Analyst/Project Manager to support a growing,
high-profile company initiative. Duties / Expectations of Role
Candidates will help in facilitating solution design, tracking
activities and deliverables with agencies and the development teams
on the delivery of brand demand which includes web and content
development for SFDC, banner advertisement, closed-loop marketing,
feeding Veeva/multi-channel, Facebook, Youtube, email, and web.
Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define
the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and
synthesize information. Translate business requirements into
designs and specifications. Work with IT teams on solutions, costs,
design, delivery. Mandatory Requirements BA degree 6 years of
Business Analyst Experience 5 years of experience working with web
development teams and products teams, preferably in the
marketing/commercial space Strong communication and negotiation
skills, and able to build alliances Critical thinking and strong
business analysis skills to translate business requirements into
functional specs Able to communicate with developers to explain
concepts, identify alternatives, and negotiate with designers
Project management and documentation skills, able to articulate
complex solutions to stakeholders Experience managing digital
marketing projects, campaigns, omnichannel, and brand websites.
Experience with agile methodologies Experience in the pharma
industry Experience with planning, strong documentation skills,
able to manage themselves and their work Experience with tools like
JIRA, Microsoft 365, Visio, Invision, Workfront, Smartsheet, and/or
equivalent. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a big plus
The Ideal Candidate will be: Highly organized and a skilled
practitioner of project management practices High degree of
self-motivation can lead without authority in a fast-paced, lean
environment Very communicative, proactively sets expectations with
stakeholders Comfortable with ambiguity has the ability to make
recommendations and execute in a timely manner, even without the
availability of full data Ability to effectively and independently
manage multiple competing initiatives with high attention to
detail; requires strong organizational, planning, and time
management skills Additional Notes --- Remote initially, but
commutable to Princeton, NJ (2-3 days a week) --- Vaccination
