Job Description:

This role is for an experience and seasoned program/project manager to support the Clinical Operations Evolution team in executing continuous improvement projects for clinical operations. The project manager will support a project lead in the following:

Responsibilities
--- Drive project execution within timelines and expectations of quality
--- Conduct project kickoff and support the development of related materials
--- Develop and maintain detailed project plan and timeline
--- Develop and maintain project resources, systems and tools
--- Schedule meetings / conference calls, all levels
--- Record meeting minutes
--- Maintain action items log
--- Maintain Issues/Risk log
--- Follow up on action items and risks
--- Capture, present and monitor project status
--- Maintain actions linking to other adjacent projects
--- Develop and send communications
--- Conduct project closeout
--- Ensure compliance with required controls and processes, following operating model for team

Skills\Experience
--- Bachelor/Technical degree or equivalent required. Master's degree a plus
--- PMP, or equivalent certification, or relevant project/program management experience --- Proven success managing large, complex projects.
--- Basic understanding of drug development process preferred
--- Advanced experience with core applications: MS Outlook email/calendar, MS Teams, MS Project, MS Powerpoint, Sharepoint,
--- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) to all levels, including executives
--- Proven time management skills and ability to be flexible to meet job demands
--- Ability to sustain high levels of performance in a constantly changing environment
