Coordinator for exceptionally busy marketing department. Duties
range from administrative tasks like bill coding and merchandise
ordering to marketing tasks like social media planning and posting,
light design work and project coordination. This critical role
requires a highly organized, detail oriented individual capable of
keeping track of multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- • Bill and coding• Merchandise orders• Trade show coordination•
Event registration• Event approvals• Equipment brochure orders•
Sales Collateral production and tracking• Corporate Collateral
production and tracking• Print Advertising: Editing and Production•
Giveaways: Inventory and tracking• Social Media planning and
execution• Design for print and digital collateral• Assist HR and
Management with recruitment and related events.• Other tasks as
assigned by Marketing Manager• Copy and content developmentSkills•
Spoken & Written Communication• Customer Oriented• Self-motivated
and assertive and detail oriented• Ability to understand new
complex concepts and relay to customers as
needed.Education/Training/Licenses• Marketing or related degree
and/or 1-3 years of experience• Experience with management of
social media accounts. Including Facebook, LinkedIn,Instagram, and
Twitter• Microsoft Office• Adobe Creative Suite, Canva• Knowledge
of Google Adwords and Analytics Benefits
