Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Princeton Pike, NJ
Duration: 6 Months
Hybrid work opportunity. Ability to work in the office two days a
week is preferred. 6 months to start and extendable thereafter.

Engagement Specialist
In this role, you will be responsible for the management and
execution of omni-channel engagement plans to support several
brands. You will serve as a dedicated engagement point-of-contact
for an immunology/cardiovascular brand reporting into the Associate
Director, Engagement. This role requires extensive internal matrix
collaboration (Production, Brand, Omni-Channel Capabilities,
Business Insights & Analytics) and management of external partners
such as digital agencies and production partners. Candidates for
this position should have experience in HCP digital marketing
within the Rx pharmaceutical category. Launch and category
experience is a plus. This role is part of the Engagement Planning
& Production team, which sits within the broader Worldwide Customer
Capabilities group.
Responsibilities:
* Drive & own execution of the engagement plan for the Brand
* Contribute HCP engagement recommendations based upon customer
insights and brand strategy
* This position will focus on HCP customers and the content and
capabilities in the development of field communication tools
* Draft and deliver creative briefs and other necessary
requirements documentation to support the development of digital
programs and the production team
* Lead internal MLR review processes and work with external
partners to ensure timely and accurate preparation of digital
programs (e.g., IVA, Field-Trigger e-mails, etc.)
* Submit programs as the Project Champion within the Veeva Vault
system.
* Partner with digital agency partners and Production team to
define project scope, costs, timelines, and deliverables
* Lead pull-through of digital tactics and programs that drive
business impact
* Collaborates with Business Insights & Analytics to ensure KPI
identification, measurement plans, and ongoing
reporting/optimization of digital programs based on insights and
analytics
* Drives innovation by partnering with Brands, external partners
and capability leads to develop innovative new HCP digital
tactics
* Monitor project status and budget and provide regular reporting
on progress, challenges, and solutions
* Demonstrated digital and HCP program experience
* Demonstrated ability to track and manage annual digital program
and budgets
* Hybrid work opportunity. Ability to work in the office two days a
week is preferred.
* Business travel may be required, up to 10%
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree with minimum 5-7 years industry,
(pharmaceutical/biotech or related agency) experience.
* Experience in pharmaceutical digital marketing is required
* Experience leading digital engagement, channel and analytics
activities
* Proven ability in managing digital agencies, vendors, and
cross-functional support teams
* Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate internal MLR review
processes
* Product launch and/or Immunology/Cardiovascular experience a
plus
* Prior Digital or Media marketing agency experience is a plus
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Experience with Veeva CRM, Workfront, Microsoft Excel,
PowerPoint, Veeva PromoMats, Adobe Analytics
