At Clarivate Analytics as part of the Consulting business, we are rapidly growing and need a Content Developer to support the ongoing engagement of our most valuable asset, our people. The Content Developer will be responsible for constructing interesting, accurate, and compelling content in support of our organization's communications and education plans. The incumbent in this role will be expected to be able to write and develop engaging content for a remote workforce in consultation with subject matter experts for a variety of assets including communications vehicles (newsletters, blogs, communications, videos, webinars, etc.) and education assets (eLearnings, job aids, procedures, etc.). Strong collaboration, communication, attention to detail, and project management skills will be essential to success.

What you will accomplish here:

Collaborate with leadership team and business subject matter experts to design engaging content using a variety of delivery mechanisms
Write creative and unique content as well as provide innovative ideas
Write technical content for organization education, processes, and policies
In partnership with leadership, plan project scope, budget, and timelines
Adhere to budget and timelines
Perform other duties as requested

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of content development experience (portfolio required)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized and self-motivated
Adaptability to new systems and concepts
Ability to analyze, communicate, and shift priorities to manage business needs
Naturally creative and imaginative, strong problem-solving ability
Demonstrate the ability to breakdown and deliver a complex message to a variety of audiences
Technical Skills: Office 365, basic HTML, Sharepoint
Project management skills
Vendor management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Graphic design
eLearning authoring tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar

Education / Certifications:

- Bachelor's Degree with experience in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Education, Communications, or Organizational Development
