Job Description: As a Talent Acquisition and Social Media Poster, you will provide leadership with strategic thinking and be an integral part of our organization. Responsibilities: Recruit for new hire employees for both field positions and office openings. Communicate with management staff to stay updated on jobs, documentation, budgeting and any customer issues Hire, onboard and train new hires by following SERVPRO-- standard processes Renew all employee training on a consistent basis Complete and document HR compliance Qualifications: A minimum of two years of recruiting Knowledge of current business software technologies Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Self-motivated and can work independently All employees of a SERVPRO-- Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO-- Franchise.
