Sandoz has eight biosimilar approved globally - including four in the US - and more than ten in the pipe-line. Biosimilar may enable more patients to access advanced biologic medicines earlier, and Sandoz has proven that biosimilar offer significant savings for overburdened health systems. Maybe that's you.The Associate Director of Marketing is responsible for the development, adaptation and implementation of US marketing and portfolio strategy for assigned Sandoz franchise. Accountable for optimization of profitability, sales, market share and revenue growth in the short and long term. Provides effective leadership in marketing.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:--- Responsible for the day-to-day operations, development, implementation and execution of strategy, marketing mix and operational plans that optimize sales, market share and revenue growth for the assigned franchise in the short and long term.--- Prioritizes appropriate targeting, positioning and messaging across all customer segments; leverage customer insights and emerging needs to create innovative business opportunities.--- Identifies opportunities for life cycle management; manages and leads the performance of the franchise products and proactively proposes additional actions to utilize new opportunities or corrective actions as needed.--- Develops franchise annual sales target forecast, latest outlook and 5-year view of strategic plan Forecast in collaboration with finance, Regulatory, Sales, Supply chain, IP, BD&L, Portfolio & I&A teams.--- Key member of the Launch Management Team leading the development and execution of commercial launch strategies in collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure launch success.--- Develops a comprehensive set of sales forecast scenarios and sensitivity analyses and implements demand plan for franchise products.--- Acts as franchise champion to create focus, alignment and enthusiasm both internally and with external customers and agencies.--- Establishes a close collaboration and alignment with other functions such as I&A, Launch Management, Pricing, Finance, Contracts and Sales in the development and implementation of franchise strategies and tactics. This position will be located at the Princeton, NJ site and will not have the ability to be located remotely.
