Job Description:
SUPERINTENDENT OR PROJECT MANAGER (INTERIORS): FAIRFIELD COUNTY
REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER WITH A CONSTRUCTION DIVISION You will be
joining a premier privately held real estate developer, with their
own construction division, managing over 25 million square feet of
commercial, mixed-use projects, hotels and residential projects on
a national basis. Average size projects from $25M to $75M. You will
be working on the developer’s interior projects ranging from 500SF
up to 50,0000SF office fit outs, located in Fairfield and
Westchester County. Position reports to Managing Director of
