Job Description:
As a Project Manager (Owner's Representative), you will act as
the primary liaison between our clients and project stakeholders,
ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and
aligned with client objectives. Client Details My client is a
women-owned project management firm specializing in delivering
complex real estate projects across industries such as data
centers, healthcare, higher education, energy, and corporate
services. They serve as trusted Owner's Representatives, guiding
clients through every phase of their projects-from planning and
design to construction and closeout-with a focus on clear
communication, accountability, and results. Description Lead and
manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with
client goals and KGO's standards of excellence. Serve as the
central point of contact for all project stakeholders, including
clients, architects, contractors, and consultants. Develop and
maintain project budgets and schedules; monitor progress and
implement corrective actions as necessary. Oversee the selection
and management of vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with
contractual obligations and quality standards. Identify potential
risks and issues; develop and implement mitigation strategies to
address them proactively. Ensure that all project deliverables meet
or exceed client expectations and industry standards. Maintain
comprehensive project documentation; prepare regular status reports
for clients and internal stakeholders. Manage changes in project
scope, schedule, and costs; communicate impacts to all relevant
parties and obtain necessary approvals. Profile Bachelor's degree
in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related
field. Strong Understanding of MEP trades Minimum of 5 years of
experience in project management, with at least 3 years in an
Owner's Representative role. Project Management Professional (PMP)
or equivalent certification preferred. Strong leadership,
communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in project
management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel
to project sites as required; valid driver's license Job Offer
