Description * 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction * Strong background in renovation and occupied space work * Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication * Experience in healthcare or higher ed projects is a plus Profile The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented construction professional who thrives in fast-paced, occupied environments .
