Job Title: Project Manager – Retail Construction (Remote) Industry: Commercial / Retail Construction About the Role: We are working with a fast-growing commercial general contractor that specializes in national retail rollouts, tenant improvements, and ground-up retail projects . Due to continued growth, they are seeking a seasoned Retail Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects remotely. This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented, client-facing PM who thrives in fast-paced retail environments and wants flexibility, autonomy, and excellent bonus potential . Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of retail construction projects from award to close-out Oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client communication Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with top-tier quality Collaborate with field teams and clients across multiple time zones Coordinate multi-site retail rollouts, remodels, and tenant improvement projects Prepare RFI, change orders, project documentation, and status reporting Required Qualifications: 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in retail construction Background with multi-site retail , tenant improvements, or quick-turn remodels Ability to manage 3–6 projects concurrently Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking Excellent communication skills for client and subcontractor coordination Comfortable working remotely with virtual project oversight Nice to Have: Experience with national brands or franchise construction (QSR, big box, strip centers) Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, or similar project management tools Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred but not required) What’s in It for You: Fully remote role – flexible working from anywhere in the U.S. Strong bonus structure tied to project delivery and performance Supportive team culture with long-term career growth Access to high-profile, brand-name retail projects Competitive base salary benefits vehicle allowance Ready to take the next step?
