Job Details - Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. - Coordinate and facilitate new business partnerships and opportunities. - Supervise engineering staff, ensuring goal alignment and performance excellence. - Possess a Professional Engineering License (NJ minimum), with coastal permitting and municipal experience being advantageous.
