Join the Kelly® Professional & Industrial team as a Technical Operator with a global leader in construction and building materials, providing innovative solutions for glass, insulation, gypsum, ceramics, and high-performance materials across multiple industries. \n\n \n Why you should apply to be a Technical Operator \n\n Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour \n\n Location: 60 Pacific Drive Suite 230, Quakertown, PA 18951 \n\n Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (12hrs at the time of conversion) \n\n Temp-to-Perm \n\n \n What’s a typical day as a Technical Operator? You will: \n\n \n\t \n\t Perform a variety of duties on the manufacturing floor, including production, packaging, forklift operation, and warehouse functions \n\t\n\t \n\t Conduct minor machine maintenance and care \n\t\n\t \n\t Maintain high-quality standards in all production processes \n\t\n\t \n\t Follow safety protocols and operational guidelines at all times \n\t\n\t \n\t Work collaboratively with leadership and team members to meet production goals \n\t\n\t \n\t Be flexible and available for overtime as needed \n\t\n \n\n \n This job might be an outstanding fit if you have: \n\n \n\t \n\t High school diploma or GED \n\t\n\t \n\t 3 years of manufacturing experience (trade school experience a plus) \n\t\n\t \n\t Familiarity with hand tools and measuring devices \n\t\n\t \n\t Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability \n\t\n\t \n\t Ability to work effectively in a high-performance, team-oriented environment \n\t\n\t \n\t Commitment to safety and quality standards \n\t\n \n\n \n What happens next: \nOnce you apply, you’ll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
