Before opening my agency, I worked in IT consulting for a Fortune 500 company. Later, I helped my husband in his State Farm office, and that experience inspired me to start my own agency to create opportunities for others and build a team focused on helping people protect what matters most. Im a graduate of St. Johns University, married to another State Farm agent, and mom to a wonderful four-year-old. We stay connected to our community by participating in local events and supporting causes that make a difference whenever we can. Our office culture is positive, collaborative, and rooted in growth. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Carla Rodriguez - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
