As an Assembly Operator, you will build our premium products according to our exacting standards and processes, assuring that our customers receive the highest quality products in the industry. You'll have a variety of responsibilities as you rotate to different workstations, or specialize in one area depending on your experience, staffing needs, training and skill level. Responsibilities: /n - Assemble products according to predetermined methods and production sequence standards /n - Create a safe work environment by following safety rules and company policies /n - Maintain regular attendance /n /n Qualifications: /n - Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs constantly, up to 35 lbs frequently, up to 50 lbs occasionally /n - Ability to work in a high-volume assembly process while continually standing /n - Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions /n /n Shifts Available: 1st shift Salary: $43,680 - $49,730 per year Featured Benefits: /n - Comprehensive health benefits /n - 401(k) with company match /n - Paid time off, including volunteer time off /n - Parental leave /n - Tuition reimbursement and career development resources /n /n This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.
