You will work closely with product development teams to research and understand technical information about the product to write customer documentation for the appropriate audience. You will also coordinate documentation plans and document outlines; defining audience, determining task list, identifying technical information requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Write Technical Documents
• Edit Technical Documents
• Interview product managers and engineers to gain an understanding of highly technical subject matter.
• Interview product managers and engineers to gather functional requirements.
• Analyze functional requirements to derive additional requirements.
• Document and specify clear and verifiable functional requirements.
• Design and develop a complete documentation suite: technical specifications, product and functional requirements.
• Perform style and structure reviews to ensure adherence to standards.
• Track and fix documentation defects.
• Create work breakdown structures, documentation product plans and estimates.
• Coordinate work of other technical writers.
• Stay aware of trends and new tools and technologies in the technical writing industry.
• Performs other duties as assigned. YOU MUST HAVE
  • Proven record for problem resolution and successful completion of complex projects on time.
  • Experience creating content that conveys techniques, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Clear, complete, and correct technical content.
    
  • Applies standards to the work of others to give information products a uniform voice.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6+ years in the field. WE VALUE
    • Minimum 6 years as technical writer for complex software systems.
    • Experience producing technical documentation for end-user audience.
    • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
    • Ability to build relationships and advocate the craft with internal stakeholders.
