Aurologistics LLC is a division of Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc., our logistics (3PL) Distribution Center in East Windsor. Aurologistics is 565,000 square feet where we have Aurobindo's Automated warehouse, distribution, manufacturing and packaging of Aurobindo's products.
This role is onsite at our East Windsor, New Jersey Distribution Center.

  The role of the Automation Engineer is to perform as-is study of current process and provide recommendation on Automating and de-skilling current manual process.
  
  
• 
  Associate should be willing to learn and work on ERP, Warehouse Control System, PLC , HMI and has logical approach towards trouble shooting a problem
  
  
• 
  The position works closely with Automation & Project Management team, on the new requirements and enhancements and takes up continuous improvement projects to drive the operational efficiencies across the Distribution Center
  
  
• 
  Perform Production Process Simulation and suggest recommendations to de-bottleneck constrained areas.
  
  
• 
  Data collection and Data analytics on projects
  
  
• 
  Studying AS-IS process, creating Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and providing logical recommendations on process improvements
  
  
• 
  Develop and implement project plans and timelines. Provide direction on prioritization of project activities and meet project requirements
  
  
• 
  Perform other duties as assigned and be cooperative when assigned those additional responsibilities.
  
  
• 
  Must be able to understand the various levels of automation and the associated systems integration and standards
  
  
• 
  Strong planning, organization and prioritization skills
  
  
• 
  Strong understanding of 6 Sigma, Lean and Kaizen

    Masters in Industrial & Systems Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

    Previous experience in Pharma or Regulated environment will be an advantage
