Job Description:
QA Analyst for Contact Center
- Primary focus would be functional testing with knowledge in
automation - current infrastructure environment is 100% manual
testing. Looking to automate the telephony part of the organization
in the future. Need to be strong in automation
- Will work with our Telecomm group as extra hands for testing
the upgrades and getting ramped up on the project
- Telephony automation tools nice to have - (i.e. Cyara,
Hammer)
- 3-4 years' experience with contact center, telephony and/or
CxOne product testing (CxOne a plus)
- Demonstrated Telephony QA skills.
- Knowledge and experience of testing in a Telephony
solution.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent or in related
field.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation,
influencing and technical skills.
- Work with product managers to gather test requirements
- Develop test plans and execute end-to-end test plans
- Document test results and publish reports
