QA Analyst for Contact Center


  • Primary focus would be functional testing with knowledge in automation - current infrastructure environment is 100% manual testing. Looking to automate the telephony part of the organization in the future. Need to be strong in automation
  • Will work with our Telecomm group as extra hands for testing the upgrades and getting ramped up on the project
  • Telephony automation tools nice to have - (i.e. Cyara, Hammer)
  • 3-4 years' experience with contact center, telephony and/or CxOne product testing (CxOne a plus)
  • Demonstrated Telephony QA skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of testing in a Telephony solution.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent or in related field.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, influencing and technical skills.
  • Work with product managers to gather test requirements
  • Develop test plans and execute end-to-end test plans
  • Document test results and publish reports
