As they grow, they are in need of a Manufacturing Engineer to join the team to effectively plan, design, implement and improve manufacturing processes, methods, or procedures using new technology, designs, materials, and plant layout.

  • Opportunity to grow as the organization grows.Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in the engineering industry. As a permanent member of our team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes and ensuring that we meet our production goals. You will work closely with suppliers to ensure that we receive high-quality materials and will be responsible for conducting DFMEAs to identify potential risks in our manufacturing processes.Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement manufacturing processes that improve efficiency and reduce waste
    • Work closely with suppliers to ensure that we receive high-quality materials
    • Conduct DFMEAs to identify potential risks in our manufacturing processes
    • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet quality standards
    • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flow diagrams
    • Provide training to production personnel on new processes and equipment
    • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulationsQualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
      • 3+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer
      • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, such as LSS
      • Experience working with suppliers to ensure high-quality materials
      • Experience conducting DFMEAs to identify potential risks in manufacturing processes
      • Strong problem-solving skills
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and testing
      • Familiarity with CAD software and other engineering tools
