This unique role bridges the gap between complex engineering challenges and real-world business solutions.The Unicorn We're Seeking:

• A hands-on engineer who can translate abstract problems into elegant solutions
• Experience building mobile applications that serve diverse user bases
• 2-4 years of software engineering experience with React, TypeScript, and Python
• Proven ability to work autonomously in challenging environments
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
• Design sensibility or experience partnering with designersWhat You'll Do:
  • Develop innovative solutions for mission-critical operations
  • Make architectural decisions that shape product direction
