Process Systems P&ID Engineer here at Honeywell, you will
design, implement, and manage complex process systems, driving
innovation, safety and efficiency, while working on cutting-edge
projects and shaping future technology solutions. You will be
responsible for designing and optimizing Flowsheets (P&IDs)
specifically for our Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) technologies. Your
expertise will be critical in developing innovative solutions that
meet the complex needs of our customers in the energy sector.
Responsibilities You will be a key member of the Honeywell LNG
Execution team and will be responsible for driving the work process
with multi-disciplined project teams to produce Process and
Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID's, or flowsheets). This
individual owns the P&ID throughout multiple phases of
execution and captures the requirements for detailed design
activities. It must be developed in a timely and accurate manner to
ensure that safety, technical, project budget, and schedule targets
can be met by downstream design groups. Design and develop process
systems for LNG plants to optimize operational safety and
efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
successful integration of process design into LNG facilities and
equipment. Work with a multi-disciplined project team to produce
opportunity-specific P&IDs, or flowsheets. Review Process Flow
Diagrams (PFDs), Scope Reports, and Technical Descriptions. Lead
P&ID review meetings with internal and external stakeholders
and follow up on technical issues raised by the project team.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure that the designed plant
is safe and complies with company procedures and customer
requirements. Ensure that plant reliability, operability, and
maintenance capabilities are adequately considered in the design.
Reference engineering specifications and standards to determine
necessary information to display on the P&ID (or flowsheets).
Communicate with the drafting support team (utilizing Smartplant
P&ID) to have details drafted and check the accuracy of drafted
information. Support continuous improvement opportunities to
optimize business work processes and meet Quality Management System
requirements. Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree from
an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as
science, technology, engineering, mathematics. 5 or more years of
experience in Process, Process Systems, Mechanical or Piping
Systems engineering Strong knowledge of process design,
optimization, and control methodologies Knowledge of PDF editing
tools, preferably Bluebeam. Proactive approach to seeking
information and resolution on specific P&ID (or flowsheets)
development issues/specific safety aspects of plant design. Good
organizational and communication skills, an eye for details,
ability to track complex system feedback to implementation/closure.
WE VALUE Bachelor's and/ or Master's degree from an accredited
institution in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a
related field. Experience in LNG, energy production, oil/gas,
industrial gas, or related fields is of value. Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a
team environment. Proven experience in leading process improvement
projects Experience with some of the following is of value (if not
in LNG or energy, similar process experiences from other industries
can be transferrable) : Familiarity with safety and environmental
regulations relevant to LNG operations. Experience in LNG
facilities and familiarity with energy sector processes Knowledge
of safety regulations, hazardous operation logic (HAZOP), and
compliance standards in LNG operations. Ability to drive innovation

authorization. The annual base salary range for this position is
$115,000 - $133,000. Please note that this salary information
serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors
