Job Description:

We are seeking a enthusiastic, energetic, intelligent, outgoing and self-motivated individual to sell professional/consumer targeted Internet advertising, custom digital solutions, and sponsorship opportunities to digital advertising agencies working with pharmaceutical brands. The position requires a dedicated individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to personal success. The right candidate is customer service oriented, produced high quality work, is well organized, personable and has a strong goal-oriented desire to learn and consistently improve. Experience and demonstrable success in healthcare marketing and/or Internet advertising - specifically in selling to pharmaceutical companies directly - is a must. 1-2 years of selling background and related experience on either the advertising sales, or ad agency planning and buying side, is preferred but not required.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESEffectively interview prospects and customers and probe on their needs using active listening skills.Understand and effectively communicate when, where and how eHS offerings would delivery value to current and prospective clients.Effectively communicate customer's business needs, challenges and opportunities internally as part of a team effort; Working with an RFP desk who will generate proposals based on your input.Willingness to learn and follow a well-defined sales process that includes specific goals and activity measurements in order to effectively prospect, negotiate and close digital advertising and custom digital solutions deals to drive revenue in excess of individual and team revenue and profit goalsProactively and aggressively identify and nurture new business opportunities to drive incremental revenue and grow market shareDevelop and maintain strong relationships with agency and brand direct clients interested in digital display advertising and custom digital solutionsDevelop and maintain client relationships through ongoing communication and contactServe as a primary subject matter expert and technical resource for all client accountsConsistently deliver superior customer serviceWork collaboratively with internal Solutions, Partner Development and RFP Desk teams to deliver successful client presentations, win business, and execute on high impact sponsorship programsDevelop accurate and effective RFP responses to close business and generate incremental opportunities through the identification of additional client needsExecute change documentation when scope changes are received from clientCollaborate with marketing, solutions, technology, ad operations, and production teams to facilitate communication, manage workflow and assist with successful campaign/project delivery on time and on budgetEffectively, accurately and consistently, utilize Salesforce CRM and other available software and productivity and territory management tools to keep accurate and up to date records of all sales and prospecting activities, client meetings, sales calls, presentations, proposals, closed deals, and related sales activities within the designated territorySelf-manage all necessary pipeline, opportunity, meetings, tasks, and revenue details to provide management with real-time critical insights.Attend applicable industry meetings, events, conventions and conferences to market eHS and prospect for new businessMeet with clients and client prospects in person, via screenshare and on conference calls to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and clearly and consistently document all sales activity.Deliver regular business and territory reviews to senior management that show critical thinking and evaluation of territory performance and provide an accurate analysis of territory challenges and opportunities as well as contracting, articulating executing and measuring clear measurable plans for continued territory growth.QUALIFICATIONS-- Strong understanding of selling digital advertising. Understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical industries a plus.Demonstrable success in digital advertising/digital solutions sales. Having built or grown territories in excess of $2 million dollars annually is a plus.Minimum of 2 to 3 years of digital advertising/digital solutions sales is requiredStrong Entry Level candidate will be considered for a related inside role; with potential for advancement to outside sales role within 12-18 months based on results.Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently while regularly communicating with and contributing to the success of a teamStrong relationships with recognized advertising agencies and brand managers/directors in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries a plus.Strong knowledge of recent developments and trends in digital advertising as they relate to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, including new products, digital solutions, mobile, video, rich media, and technology platformsAbility to multi-task while simultaneously managing multiple accounts and client demandsDriven, self-motivating, outgoing and personablePassionate about Internet advertising and obsessed with satisfying clientsStrong Microsoft Excel skills and a strong general working knowledge of other Microsoft Office products such as Word and PowerPointABOUT eHSeHealthcare Solutions is a leading provider of digital advertising to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
