of Care develops, manufactures and markets critical medical
diagnostic and data management products for rapid blood analysis.
The i-STAT System is an advanced, portable diagnostic tool that
provides real-time, lab-quality results within minutes to
accelerate patient-care decision-making. The i-STAT System has the
industry---s most comprehensive menu of tests in a single,
with-patient platform, including tests for blood gases,
electrolytes, chemistries, coagulation, hematology, glucose, and
cardiac markers. Our location Princeton, NJ location currently has
an opportunity for a Manager, Global Incentive Compensation and
Sales Analytics. The position will be responsible for leading,
developing and implementing global sales incentive strategy, plans,
and tools that motivate the sales teams to exceed expectations.
Responsibilities include optimizing resource allocation & territory
coverage; data mining; monitoring, analyzing and reporting for
sales performance metrics globally; providing insights into trends
and new opportunities; identify best-in-class practices that can be
replicated and implemented; and identifying areas critical to
manage performance. Responsibilities also include strategies for
sales reporting and KPI development, implementation and
monitoring.The Manager, Global Incentive Compensation and Sales
Analytics is responsible for collaborating with (GM/Area ComEx)
APOC---s priority markets to support commercial strategic
initiatives as well as leading Business Development support for all
new transactions/potential partners to support the achievement of
the division---s goals. An ideal candidate for this role will have
experience from a top tier consulting firm as well as experience
within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. The ideal
candidate will need to have demonstrated the ability to support and
drive cross functional change efforts as well as the ability to
influence and direct senior leadership teams.WHAT YOU---LL
DODeveloping global sales incentive programs, plans and
tools.Implements continuous territory alignment process to allow
analysis of SF resource allocation to maximize commercial ROI.Data
mining; analysis and reporting for territory sizing and alignment;
sales & margin performance and compliance related to standardized
sales tools and processes globally.Uses analytics to identify
best-in-class practices and under-performance to support learning &
improvements related to sales; pricing & margin improvement.Builds
performance metrics to establish causality between sales activities
and financial results.Manages sales metrics / KPI---s and reporting
globally for Strategic Selling and Sales Performance/Compliance
Dashboards; Global Scorecard and Sales performance reports.Refines
and publish reports on a routine basis for tracking; monitoring
trends and performance and where appropriate standardize globally.
Source appropriate data to create reports from requests needed to
address specific business questions or issues on an ---ad hoc---
basis.Align with Commercial functions on data management / Business
Intelligence strategy & solutions.Work closely with internal IT to
ensure data accuracy; timeliness and integrity of
reports.Participate in performance deep dives with the Areas and
Priority Countries to identify and address business issues and
opportunities and launch initiative to drive progress toward
business objectives.Leads and Develops people to overachieve while
creating a high- performance culture.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
YOU---LL BRINGRequiredBachelor---s degree in Business Analytics
Market Research, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Engineering,
Social Science, Business or other Scientific degrees or equivalent
required.Advanced degree in Business Analytics Market Research,
Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Social Science,
Business, other Scientific degree or equivalent preferred --- MBA
from top-tier school preferred. 5-7 years--- experience in
healthcare industry; Incentive Compensation; Leading people, Sales
reporting, Global Experience required. Commercial Diagnostics
global experience is highly desirable.PreferredStrong analytical
analysis, reporting and KPI management skills for Commercial Sales
Organization.Strong skills in incentive compensation strategy,
tools, implementation and monitoring.Expertise in business
intelligence systems (Cognos, Salesforce.com, PowerBI, excel, 3rd
party data sources such as Definitive Healthcare). Advanced
knowledge with ability to collate data from various data
sources.Knowledge of Commercial systems (Salesforce.com, Model N,
SAP) and processes a plus.Advanced skills in analyzing and
reporting on detailed sales and financial data.Detailed oriented,
independent thinker with strong organizational skills to manage,
report and act upon information.Strong interpersonal skills and
must be comfortable presenting and making recommendations to
management.Strong influencing and problem-solving skills; must be
able to challenge higher level directors / managers and bring up
issues to the appropriate level.Ability to support accountability
by defining & measuring KPI---s and other performance
metricsExcellent communication, analytical and problem-solving
skills. Ability to work in and lead people in a team
environment.Strategy consulting experience is preferred from either
a top tier firm (McKinsey & Co, Bain, BCG Strategy&), a big
five firm (E&Y, Accenture), or a boutique specializing on
business consulting to Pharma/Med Tech (ZS, Axtria, IQVia).Strong
functional expertise in business strategy, finance, accounting, and
