Behavioral Health CFOJob Description Our ABA Autism Home Health Care client is looking for a professional in the home behavioral healthcare industry with deep C-level experience, specifically as CFO, for their company - a highly experienced therapy group that provides individualized consultation and intervention services for individuals who are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).This company is a thought-leader within its core markets and maintains a highly differentiated product and service offering which has enabled it to develop an impressive and ever-growing list of client families in various states. The business is highly scalable with a significant backlog and pipeline, as well as a number of meaningful growth and acquisition opportunities. This position will be based in New Jersey, with some traveling required as acquisition targets are found and finalized. Responsibilities * Business partner to the CEO in developing and executing on growth strategy and maximizing value of the company* Overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the company (including overseeing preparing and issuing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports) and leading the financial strategy across the organization* Build out dashboards and KPIs* Implementing audit-required financial controls and procedures* Implementing a newacquisition financial modeling template and process for both pre-acquisition due diligence and post acquisition integration* Building the proper finance team to allow the business to scale efficientlyRequirements:* Must have prior experience in home healthcare and merger and acquisition work in an industry roll-up* Prefer candidates that have been a CFO in a Private Equity portfolio company* Must know merger modeling as well as LBO modeling for iterative analyticsHighly competitive salary with equity incentive.--Full benefits package with 401(k).
