Job Description:

-- Responsible for developing, maintaining in the form of LEs, and providing variance analysis of operational budgets for Carolina's operations (CL/CR). These include wages, repair and maintenance, training, travel, and direct materials. -- Responsible for attracting, training, and retaining Top Talent in key functions. Such as Inventory Supervisors, Matrerial Handlers, Analysts and Engineers. -- Manages multiple projects using the PMI generally accepted best practices. -- Performs analysis and makes recommendations to ensure competitive advantage from a marketing, customer service and human resources perspective. -- Accountable for leading a team of 8+ employees in multiple sites. -- Responsible for leading the Costa Production System (modeled after the Toyota Production System) in the department. -- Responsible for safe and friendly working conditions. Must abide by all applicable law (ie OSHA, WPS, etc.). -- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts. -- Assist sites regarding all Warehousing and Inventory related. WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS -- Full Time Position. -- Working environment is inside/outside the warehouse exposed to the elements (hot weather, rain, snow, windy). -- Ability to work overtime during peak season, including weekends. -- Travel: 30%. Primarily working out of the Trenton, South Carolina location. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS -- Intradepartmental communication with Supply Chain Manager and Purchasing Agents. -- Interdepartmental communication with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
