Garden State Growers is a family-owned greenhouse and outdoor production operation on over 500 acres specializing in the growth and distribution of wholesale perennials, annuals, ground cover, vegetables, and varied seasonal offerings. We serve large retailers who sell plants in sizable quantities, as well as garden centers, supermarkets and small retail businesses.The E-commerce Manager opportunity is for someone who is positive , self-motivated and solution minded.We are looking for an organized, detail oriented person who can write and enter content for our websites, must be proficient in search engine optimization and ensure consistency and quality. The E-commerce Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with the production planning and sales team to drive sales, increase website engagement and achieve critical business objectivesResponsibilitiesAnalyze sales data on all dot.com sitesCreate and maintain all product listings on the websites including images and product descriptionsKeep track of website's traffic statistics and search engine rankingsDevelopment of sales dashboards to identify opportunities and areas of improvementExperience with HTMLMust be analytical and process-oriented, comfortable making data driven decisionsRequirements* Positive, solution minded team player* Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, * Strong attention to detail* Advanced Excel skills* Extremely organized* Proactive and responsive* Strategic Thinking * Must be willing to work holidays and weekends as dictated by the needs of the business* Interest in plants and flowers is a plus!BenefitsJob Type Full-TimeMedical, Dental and Vison benefits availablePaid vacation time and sick time401K options available
