The Onboarding Project Manager reports to the VP of Onboarding and is responsible for overseeing the project management lifecycle of the onboarding of new Broker and Enterprise Customers.
Responsibilities
Coordinating on-time delivery of all aspects the successful launch and adoption of Broker and Enterprise CRM platforms
Building teamwork and facilitating cooperation between multiple teams assigned to a project
Providing coordination and decision support of multiple teams assigned to a project
Tracking, reporting and managing status from multiple teams
Ensuring that all staff involved in assigned projects are coordinated in an effective way
Identifying and resolving conflicts and issues
Providing timely, relevant and accurate information to enable effective decision making at all levels.
Facilitating and monitoring team and project meetings
Coordinating internal resources and third party contractors/vendors during the execution of projects
Assisting in the definition of project scope, objectives, and checkpoints
Involving all relevant stakeholders throughout a project as appropriated
Managing resource availability to avoid under/over-allocation
Ensuring that all assigned projects deliver desired benefits on-time and within scope
Managing dependencies within projects and across multiple projects
Facilitating the development of detailed project plans to monitor and track progress against key milestones
Facilitating the development, communication of and commitment to project benefits and success factors
Managing changes to project scope, schedule, resources, and costs
Leading and facilitating organizational change management for successful project implementation
Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Successfully managing the relationship between all stakeholders
Performing risk management to identify, track, manage and minimize project and operations risks
Reporting and escalating to management as appropriate
Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors as required
Gathering, creating, tracking and maintaining project documentation including project plans and status

Requirements
4-year degree
2-5 years experience working as a project manager and/or program manager
Experience in project administration activities for a large number of concurrent projects
Experience in formal project management activities including Risk management and mitigation
Knowledge of formal project management methodologies
Strong business acumen
PMP Certification desired but not mandatory
