Key Responsibilities for the Strategy Execution Lead II role:

  • Develops and manages private briefing meeting agendas with the support of advisor, coordinates presenter schedules, books appropriate event location and communicates to those involved
  • Plans, coordinates and manages events (in partnership with the event management team, oversees invitee list, communicates information to the field and provides ongoing line of business support up to and including event launch)
  • Manages multiple projects and the execution of key strategic initiatives.
  • Develops and revises project materials and maintains project documentation.
  • Oversees timelines and schedules for key areas of focus: projects, private briefings and events
  • Communicates status of projects with all team members, answers questions and concerns, prepares presentations and enters project data
  • Monitors each project to ensure project objectives are met by deadline and under budget
  • Tracks and documents project results and reports on the progress of project, any setbacks and recommends opportunities for improvement - Key Skills and Experience Required: -
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Flexible - with the ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects independently while escalating appropriately
    • Ability to prioritize work, manage complexity, multiple projects and deliver solutions on tight deadlines
    • Is detail and process oriented with strong follow-through skills
    • Ability to operate in self-directed manner in a team environment
    • Understanding of the working environment and use of initiative to flag issues on a timely basis
    • Proven team player, co-operative and willing to help in any situation
    • Ability to align with key business focus areas to identify, develop and execute strategies and supporting tactics
    • Working knowledge of general bank policies, program and procedures and financial reporting practices
    • Computer skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
