About The Role
As our first hire in the Demand Generation team, you will be
responsible for building the company's pipeline and driving growth
in the SMB and Mid-Market segments. The Director of Demand
generation will be responsible for setting the strategy and
executing on planned marketing programs against the buyer's journey
to support a rapidly growing sales team.
The ideal candidate should be able to operate both strategically
and tactically working cross functionally at a high growth company.
Should have experience in lead generation, lead nurturing, campaign
management, managing budgets and delivering on ROI.
This is a player/coach role and we are looking for someone who is
not afraid to test and iterate, can think creatively, recommend
ideas to break through the noise and set a new benchmark in B2B
Develop the demand generation strategy and execute on plan to meet
pipeline goals setting clear targets for each channel.
Data driven mindset: Forecast, measure, report and analyze the
impact of campaigns and pipeline generated to drive business
Execute on a marketing mix of digital, paid, hosted and sponsored
channels to achieve targets
Responsible for tactics to drive higher MQL to opportunity
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute on multi-channel
integrated marketing campaigns mapped to brand themes
Continuously test and optimize campaigns and channels for better
response and conversion rates
Manage and mentor a team of high performing demand marketers
10+ years of experience in Demand Generation primarily in B2B
Fintech experience is a plus
Experience using SFDC, Hubspot, Google Analytics, PPC platforms,
ABM platforms and other relevant marketing tech stack
Demonstrated experience in Account based marketing
Manage vendors, agencies and budgets as required based on plans

this has taken on the form of a bread-making class and defeating an
Escape Room. Yeah.. We love to compete together as a team.
